Never forget: Holocaust survivors team up to tell their stories
CentralJersey.com | There are two sides to every story – the story of the liberation of the Dachau concentration camp by American soldiers on April 29, 1945, and that of the survivors who were freed by those American soldiers.
Don Greenbaum and Ernie Gross shared their stories of that day – Greenbaum, the U.S. Army soldier who participated in the liberation of the concentration camp, and Gross, who survived a year of captivity and was hours away from being killed by the Nazis at Dachau.
